Recruit Cumbria provides niche specialist recruitment services across Cumbria, the Lake District and Lancashire.

We’re a small, independently owned, regional recruitment agency and we have 40 years’ experience behind us. We use our small size to your advantage!

We have the same (if not better) reach than our much larger recruitment cousins, together with access to the latest talent attraction technology, job boards and business networking capability. Added to this, we have the support of a large, stable and financially secure £350m recruitment services group which means we can assist employers with all their recruitment projects no matter or big or small.

Recruitment is ultimately about people and, with that in mind, we champion personal service which is supported, and not replaced, by the very latest talent acquisition, applicant tracking, job board and customer service technology.

The business is owned and managed by recruit expert, Paul Murphy. Paul has worked in the recruitment industry since 1983 and prior to setting up his own recruitment agency, in Cumbria, he held management positions with some of the largest and most successful recruiters in the world including; Brook Street Bureau PLC, Pertemps Group PLC, Kelly Services inc and Alfred Marks Bureau (now called Adecco).
