How does working just in the day time with no late shifts sound to you? Our client is looking to welcome a Head Chef to their business. This is a management position and you lead the café / restaurant side of the business.
From managing the kitchen (including the dreaded paperwork!), turning out amazing dishes and managing, training and mentoring your team to sourcing produce, negotiating with suppliers, whilst achieving great GPs this role will suit a creative professional who is seeking a good work life balance.
They work 9am to 5pm here and only ever rarely have evening events (even then, the latest you would finish is 8pm and that’s no more than 4 times a year).
