Our client isn’t looking for a run of the mill Head Chef who has done the rounds and is just looking for a change for the sake of change.
They want to hire a Head Chef who can take full control of the menu, make the kitchen their own and create a destination menu. They’d also like to gain their first rosette within a year.
The successful candidate for this Head Chef role will bring plenty of their own ideas to the role and will know how to wow the eyes as well as the palate of their guests.
You will be running the kitchen, yes, but you’ll also be expected to develop the small team, create amazing culinary experiences for the guests, achieve good margins and ensure that that your area of responsibility aligns with the rest of the business.
