As Commis Chef you will support the Chef de Partie and Junior Sous Chefs in a busy hotel kitchen delivering consistently high-quality food for both the formal and informal restaurants.
Your role will be vital to help maintain the success of the hotel’s restaurants, so you’ll ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in daily food preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and techniques.
You will also handle purchase orders and ensure that items arriving without authorisation are not received.
This is a permanent career opportunity and you will be employed directly by the hotel.
