Luxury small hotel and restaurant is looking to welcome a local Chef to their team, in Windermere. They serve a diverse choice of dishes, prepared from the freshest local Cumbrian produce, with seasonal twists that aims to give guests a truly country location feel. Food is presented in a truly relaxed, unpretentious social setting to enjoy Cumbrian produce at its best.
Your new job;
Working 5 days per week (split shifts – Mornings 7.30 – 11.30 and the 6 – 10 with Tuesday and Wednesdays off every week)
Morning shift would be preparing breakfasts and the evening would be preparing starters and desserts
You would be trained to serve main meals on the chefs 2 days off
You should live local to the Windermere area and have experience gained in a small hotel or restaurant. Additionally you should be happy to work split shifts.
You cooking skills and attention to detail should be of a high standard.
