Under the guidance and support of the Head Chef your job will involve;
Preparation of ingredients & dishes, and ensuring each section is adequately stocked
Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues
Efficient & consistent cooking with attention to speed and quality
Strict health and hygiene standards
Experience, as a Chef de Partie, gained in a pub, hotel or restaurant
