Our client is looking to recruit two additional Chefs de Partie, to work in their hotel, next to Lake Ullswater, near Penrith in Cumbria.
As the Chef de Partie you will support the Sous and Junior Sous Chefs in a busy hotel kitchen delivering consistently high-quality food for two restaurants (one formal and one casual dining).
You will ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in daily food preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and techniques.
You will also handle purchase orders and ensure that items arriving without authorisation are not received.
This is a permanent career opportunity and you will be employed directly by the hotel.
