Cafe / Restaurant Assistant Permanent Job

We’re looking for a customer focused, friendly and helpful Cafe Assistant to join the team, on a permanent basis, at a large cafe / restaurant in Dunmail Park, Workington.
You will be;
  • Serving customers at the counter
  • Making teas and coffees
  • Operating the till
  • Waiting on the tables
  • Clearing tables
  • Cleaning
  • Filling display cabinets
  • Providing fantastic customer service
  • Working on a rota basis (5 days a week, which could include weekends). The cafe is open late on Thursdays and Fridays (till 9pm)

Requirements

To be successful in your application, you should;
  • Be a friendly, outgoing people person
  • Have experience of working in a cafe or restaurant
  • Be hardworking and have attention to detail
  • Have exceptional customer service skills
  • Live within travelling distance of Dunmail Park
